Steps to recover permanently deleted Outlook emails:

Step 1: Download and install the Recover Deleted Email software. On main window, you will get three options "Open PST" option, "Find PST" option and "Select Outlook profile" option as shown in figure 1.

Step 2: Select "Open PST" option and click on"Browse" tab to locate the PST file. After selecting the PST file, click "Next" as shown in figure 2.

Step 3: Select "Find PST" option, if you do not know the PST file location. Click "Find" and select the drive from which the PST has to be selected. All the PST files will be listed, select the PST file and click "Next" as shown in figure 3.

Step 4: To recover deleted emails from Outlook select "Smart Scan". Select the destination path where you want to save the new PST file and click "Repair" as shown in figure 4. Once the repair process is completed, all the recovered outlook items will be displayed.
