Microsoft Outlook maintains the copy of deleted emails in Deleted Items folder. If you have accidentally deleted email then you can restore them back from Deleted Item folder. Simple steps to recover Outlook 2010 emails are given below:
Step 1: Download and install the demo version of Recover Deleted Email (PST) and launch the software by double clicking on the shortcut icon on the desktop. You can see "Open PST" option, "Find PST" option and "Outlook profile" option on the main screen as in figure A.

Step 2: Select "Open PST" option if you know the location of PST file to be repaired, to recover deleted emails from that PST file or else select "Find PST" option and then select the logical drive. All the PST files present on that drive will be listed. Select the PST file and click "Next" as in figure B.
